Tips and Details
- You do need to be awakened to gain the skill cooldown decrease effect as well, even though the tooltip implies only the damage increase requires this.
- The skill cooldown reduction takes the skill trait of the individual non-Toy Friend Skills into consideration.
- While this is great for skills equipped with the Heavy trait, it also applies when Regenerating (2) is equipped, making it possibly disadvantageous, as whether the trait's cooldown reduction happens or not is individual. For example, when the trait's effect initially did not apply when using Long Stocking, usage of Toy Friend Skills can still either assume it did happen, lowering the amount of cooldown reduced.
