About the Template Image

"It shows how unreleased content can differ from what people usually think, hence why there are two elswords who are completely different, and we're unsure which is real" ~ Cheeseluvas

"But the picture isn't meant for the text, like I said before, note how there are two Elswords. They look similar but we don't know which ones the real one. Having an image is better than having none." ~ Cheeseluvas

Unreleased content has nothing to do with how people think. Read the template text. The information is hidden in the game, but people extract this information for viewing. In the case of information obtained from other sources apart from the game, we do not add that information in the wiki because it cannot be deemed reliable immediately until proven it is from an official source. However, unreleased content obtained from the source itself cannot be denied and is as succinct as it can get. No matter how people think, they think about the same thing pertaining to the leaked content. So what does the image have do with the subject?

The image would be better used for conflicting versions and content of different servers. From what I can see from the above statement, you say that they look similar, but one would be unable to find out which was real, what does this have to do with unreleased content where there is no other side? If you could better explain please feel free to explain clearly instead of constantly reverting edits.

I feel that the NOIMAGE image is more appropriate as most players can relate to it. There was a point in time when KOG accidentally updated the drop list to fit the new level cap before the new level cap was implemented. This resulted in unreleased content being accidentally leaked. As their respective image files have not been updated, the items had this "NO IMAGE" icon when picked up, which is to represent that the data exists, but the content is unreleased as it is not fully prepared.

Aesthetically speaking, the image size is too large for the template and necessarily takes up space. The image used is to make the template look more aesthetically pleasing by bringing a closely related image to the template. It only needs to take up as much space as the text takes up.

But if you are insistent on using Eltype images for templates, I do not restrict you (nor can I). I simply implore you to select more related images to the subject of the template. Thank you.

Sorry, didn't know there was a discussion. Anyways sorry about that. I'll resize the image later.
Oh yeah the reason the picture is related is becuase in the plot of that comic, that's what we see in the future. But we're not sure what really happens, since theres two Elswords it shows how something we think can turn out very different. Sorry for not reading Gingin >_<
