Skill Note Name: Armor-Piercing (철갑탄)
Level Required: Lv. 15
Description: Rockets pierce the target instead of exploding on contact. Changed to physical damage.
- Initial shots pierce twice. Final shot pierces thrice.
Tips and Details
- Chung will not have Super Armor or Heavy Stance while firing, leaving him defenseless towards attacks.
- With 4-6 cannonballs, the third to fifth shots do lower damage than the first two. Lunatic Blow and Detonation share this characteristic.
- Targets right in front of Chung take unlisted physical damage if they make contact with the cannon before he fires.
- The shots can miss entirely if the enemy is at point-blank range to Chung so this should be used when the enemy can be pushed back by the initial cannon hit or right after Awakening (assuming you have at least 20% Attack Speed).
- This skill is boosted by Tactical Trooper's red cannonballs.
- With the Skill Note, Impact Detonation can activate the Glitter Alchemist 2-set effect despite being unable to before. It is unknown if this is a general change or if the Skill Note is required.
- The cannonball shots will prevent the target from charging their mana for a Mana Break.
