Tips and Details

[Enhanced] Satellite Rain can deal a total of 21,307% Magical Damage.
The Quantum Ballista does unlisted physical damage if makes contact with anything on its way down.
Chung is able to move after firing the vortex-generating missile.
Satellite Rain displays a max of 19 damage values on a single target before the Quantum Ballista, but the actual amount of hits (as indicated by awakening charge) is over double this amount. No damage values are shown for these extra hits because they do no damage.

Trivia

Projectiles include standard blue skull and crossbones rockets, red Disfrozen rockets used in the Commander's Mark's note, Carpet Bombing bomblets, and Artillery Strike - Quantum Ballista.
