Due to the large area covered, full hits are only possible on sufficiently large targets. Most normal monsters will take 2 collision hits and between 3 and 4 explosion hits.
Each hit of Land of Death will trigger Burst of Terror, if Creeping Terror stacks are present.
The skill itself can still cause frame drops on its own when it is cast. The FPS drop goes away pretty much the moment the Demon Flock attack has ended.
