Description officiel
Amon connaît bien l'alchimie, la chimie et la science. Réfléchi malgré son âge, il est bon pour faire des plans mais un peu trop timide pour les réaliser. L'Alchimiste Pongo espère aider les autres avec ses connaissances. Amon est généralement branché dans ses livres.
Histoire
Chapter 6: The Floating Island, Altera
The El Search Party confronted Amos in need of aid with a Black Crow soldier. Upon investigation, Amos discovers that the soldiers are all augmented human Nasods. Looking at the Scout Nasods in the Return Plains, Amos concludes that these Nasods are able to control the actions of the Black Crow but they also store valuable recordings which may lead them to recovering the El Shard. Reviewing the footage salvaged from the Nasod Scout, it is clear that the Nasods have been excavating in the Transporting Tunnel B4-1. After the El Search Party return from investigating the underground caverns, Amos notices traces of poison emanating from the spores on the group's clothing. Uncertain what it could mean, he requests more samples of the spores. Deeper in the Transporting Tunnel, the area was covered completely in the green spores. It has appeared the tunnel had been overrun with the rare Alterasia Plant, which reacts strongly to El. With the discovery of the Parasitic Alterasia Turret, Amos came to the conclusion that the Nasods has contained and abandoned the tunnel, fearing the effects of the Alterasia on their bodies and requests the party to take care of the mutated plant.
Chapter 7: Total War!
While in the Nasod Foundry, Amos helps with disabling the Foundry's ability to mass produce Nasods. He exclaims that disabling the systems in Altera Core will disable all production of Nasods completely. After the Nasod King had fallen, Amos expresses gratitude towards the El Search Party for being able to locate the El Shard at last. He also tells the El Search Party that long ago, Nasods used to run on El energy, and Wally's creations were mere imitations. In addition, after the El Explosion, the Nasods that King Nasod was able to create were inferior due to the scarce amount of El. He also warns the El Search Party of King Nasod's true power. He lastly tracks the El to King Nasod's Powertrain.
Chapter 32: Recuperation
With Altera no longer under thread of the Black Crow and King Nasod, the Pongos were able to live without fear. Amos had been spending hit time researching and had just made some kind of break though, he contacted Adel and wanted to meet him at the construction site. Adel came but Amos was nowhere to be found, Adel instead talks with Agatha. Just in time, Amos came in with his research. Adel was uncertain what to think and wished that Amos would elaborate more about his research.
