Freezing Bullet

	[Special Active: Tenacity] Endows bullets with ice element When used, command bullets are strengthened by the [Freezing Bullet] property.
	Freezing Bullet Changes command bullets to frozen shots. For 15 seconds, all bullets will inflict Ice.
	Over Strike Upon activating Over Strike, skill attack power increases.
	Final Enhanced Skill Debuff duration is increased by 1.5 seconds.

The skill is based on DFO's now deleted Female Spitfire skill Freezing Bullet.
This buff applied by this skill changes the bullet type and will replace the buff applied by either Rising Shot or Blazing Bullet.
