While charging, Ara will have Self BuffSuper Armor, granting 30% damage reduction and immunity to Enemy DebuffFaint and Enemy DebuffFlattened.
While Circular Slash will launch enemies away, Full Moon Slash instead inflicts heavy hitstun, allowing it to chain into Secret Dragon Arts - 'Blast' better.
Before [Enhanced] and without Full Moon Slash, the skill will transition into Full Moon Slash after 2 seconds, right around when a blue aura appears below you.
- With both [Enhanced] and Full Moon Slash at level 4, the skill transitions into Full Moon Slash as soon as the yellow energy around Ara's hands forms into a sphere and the sound effect for that plays, roughly half a second after the skill is cast.
The damage values listed by the skill are only accurate for the skill without Full Moon Slash or [Enhanced]. Due to the charging time influencing the damage, and charging speed not shortening the total charging time allowed, even an uncharged Moonlight Slash will deal 3830% (1168% in PvP) Physical Damage. Upon transitioning into Full Moon Slash, the damage ranges between 4959% ~ 5642% (1417% ~ 1613% in PvP) Physical Damage.
- The tooltip's maximum of 5129% will instead occur after the skill would originally transition into Full Moon Slash.
Potential Bug: On rare occasions, Moonlight Slash may fully charge as soon as you use it.
