Examine each stage in order and fill any part that's lacking. Give Stage 4 buff effect for party members that fulfill all conditions. Each party member can only receive 1 buff out of 4.
	Over Treatment Allies affected by the buff will inflict 1 stack of Party Debuff Over Treatment . Can only be removed with Immunity.
	Requires 1 El's Essence (Item) Uses one when Hyper Active skill is used. (Cannot be used without it) Right-click on identified El Shards to obtain El's Essence. (Sockets do not apply to Hyperactive skills unless they are [Hyperactive Damage Increase] sockets)
	Final Enhanced Skill Damage is increased by 1.2 times.
