Affected By Action Speed

The skill's radius is identical to that of Bad Dream, reducing the usefulness of said skill considerably due to this skill granting a sizeable buff as well as being far cheaper to cast, though it does less damage by itself as a tradeoff.

Despite the tooltip calling the buff Defense Mechanism the buff that you actually receive is simply the skill's name, Mirror Shield.
For some reason, the Received Damage Decrease buff's visual effect will have the black aura expire after 15 seconds of that buff being active continuously.
