Affected By Action Speed

The moons deal one hit every rotation, including the moment they start spinning, for 5 hits each (10 with the Useful trait). Additionally, the explosion at the end also deals one more hit per moon, for a total of 6 hits per moon (11 with the Useful trait) + the initial summoning hit.
Small enemies directly in the center of the skill may not take any damage at all, especially with the Gigantic trait which makes it harder to land hits consistently on most enemies.
