The skill that triggers the Self BuffCold Sea - Confession effect does not benefit from the buff itself.

The skill's name, Mare Frigoris, is a lunar mare. This literally translates to "sea of cold", which is what the NA server uses instead.
The skill description references Pale Pilgrim's backstory, where Clamor expends his life force protecting Noah and consequently breaks his sickle-body. The skill icon depicts Noah holding Clamor's shattered 'eye'.
