Hyper Actives, Preying Innocent, and Extreme Heavenly Love/Extreme Heavenly Bond will not be affected by the cooldown reduction effect.
The additional gauge gain effect can occur at any time, be it from commands, skills, or even the Corrupted potions from Gate of Darkness.
- Strangely, it does not work on the gauge recovered from Awakened Will: Noblesse.
The chance not to consume souls when spending them is made obsolete in PvE while in 3-bead Awakening due to Soul Collector itself, but the effect is extremely helpful in keeping Souls stacked in PvP.
