It turns out that, while in level 3 Awakening, if you use [[Summon to Mind]] while Oberon is still present from using this skill, you won't lose the [[Queen's Authority]] buff when he leaves until you use either this skill again or a Special Active that doesn't involve units that apply the Queen's Authority buff. I've tried doing the same glitch with other skills that summon units that don't stick around (Ex. [[Spitfire]]), but this is the only one it worked with.
