I had the wrong info that this was only happening in EU servers (where I play the game), so I removed it since the page displays info about KR and NA servers only. But after a research and asking a few players, seems that the bug has been there for a long time since the passive has been created, and the bug (if it is unintended) hasn't been fixed yet. | |||
