Targets that receive the debuff will have the Mind Break icon above them.
Only the target will receive the debuff. Surrounding targets that get hit by the splash damage will be unaffected.
When used on an invincible target or a knocked down target in PvP, the debuff will apply, but the enemy will take no damage.
After learning ESP, Mind Break can hit several opponents. 2 targets can be hit when the skill is between levels 1 and 3, and 3 targets can be hit at level 4.
