Tips & Details
- Even though the cooldown is lower than the duration, only one rune can be on the field at any given time.
- The same applies to Fire Rune.
- This active is fully affected by Rune Mastery.
Trivia
- Similar of Fire Rune, although the skill is called "Ice Rune", the in-game dub was changed to Arctic Rune.
