Forbidden Secret Manual (II) is needed to unlock this skill, available through the Power of Transcendence Skill Quest or Item Mall.

This skill will reload all of your blue cannonballs and red cannonballs.
It is best to station a Mortar somewhere before executing this skill since the push allows targets to escape.
If used correctly, you can use Cannon Strike to catch enemies with the command while the enemy is on the floor. This allows you to create new combos.
