Compact Counter

	Destruction Skill Consumes Destruction gauge and acquire Vitality gauge Attack Power ↑ when Destruction is activated
	Final Enhanced Skill Damage is increased by 1.2 times.

Even if you don't counter any attack, Elsword will still swing his swords.
It is rather poor at countering certain attacks due to the very short counter window.
Despite being an Active, Phantom Sword applies to the second hit of this skill.

In the past, Compact Counter was not its own skill, and was previously a passive which permanently affected Counter Attack once unlocked.
