A member of the Landar caravan who is several years Aisha's senior.

History

Landar Camp

Melinda was a senior magician of the Landar Camp.

While at the Landar Camp, Melinda has an amicable professional relationship with Joy Beryl, often helping or seeking help from each other. Though Melinda had some reservations toward the way Joy chose to raise Lithia, especially the types of magic she was willing to teach to such a young child, the two remained on good terms.

Life Beyond the Rift

After a monster which had come out of the Rift attacked the village, it became known that forbidden magic had been conducted around the Beryl mansion and there was no reason to doubt Joy was responsible. Velder authorities caught wind of the incident and came to arrest Joy, which he surrendered herself without resistance.

When Lithia came pleading to the village to help save Joy, Melinda, aware of the accusations being levied toward Joy, was unable to assist. Though she tried to reach out to the young Lithia that the Landars would be able to take care of her, Lithia ran away. Melinda tried to catch up, but the girl was too fast.
