The skill tooltip is misleading, specifying the Cycle Wave alone as doing damage 4 times, leaving the explosion on its own as a single hit. In reality, both values make up one wave, and there are 4 waves.
Cycle Wave · Explosion can actually hit twice; once upon contact, once at its furthest range.
- It also deals splash damage, allowing for high damage on tightly grouped enemies.
- Using an [Eid: Wille] when casting the skill will give the explosions more reach to ease the positioning required for higher damage, both on groups of enemies and single targets.
Any enemy can be hit by all 4 waves with no issues as you can jump into their top left or right side and have all the waves connect as they appear.
- On larger enemies it is even fairly easy to land all 4 waves and the explosion's expiry hit, as even a training monkey can be hit by 3 waves and their expiry hits, with some careful positioning.

This skill's name is German for "current strong". The correct spelling of this name should be Strom Stark.
In Europe, this skill is translated as Tempestas Valēre and means the storm is strong or the storm is worth in Latin.
- Correctly translated it would be Tempestas Valet.
