Benediction (Stage 2)

	[Master Skill Stage 2] The Moon of Benediction with strong powers of benediction will rise. Apply Party BuffHour of the Moon and Party BuffBenediction buff, the former of which accelerates and cooldown of all party members within range. Concentrate on the power of the moon to materialize Benediction with moon energy.
	Party BuffBenediction Records the current HP/MP/DP/Way of the Sword/NF/Cannon Ball/Energy/Chivalry/Mutation Point/Combination Gauge/ECP/Power Gauge/Sentimental Point/Obsidian Point/Gemstones. If a player is defeated during the duration of the skill, they are resurrected with the same status as the recorded point in time. This ability has top priority over other resurrection skills. In dungeons, record 50% of Maximum HP, and 30% in PvP. If a player is resurrected with the Party BuffBenediction buff, they will have the Self DebuffTrace of Benediction debuff for 50 seconds (PvP: 120 seconds) Does not stack with Seal of Time, Eternal Demersio, or Aaru.
	Master Skill is unaffected by skill enhance effects except Master-only effects.

Just like Stage 1, this version's Party BuffBenediction buff has a 100% uptime without any Master Skill Cooldown Decrease stat increases as well, as the Party BuffHour of the Moon effect works on the skill's cooldown.
