[Mod] Blade Circle pushes mobs along with it but doesn't push Super Armored mobs.
When used at point-blank, the attack will often overtake targets, resulting in fewer hits. This skill is best used with the target at the initial edge of its hitbox.
The circle of blades does the bulk of their hits towards the latter portion of their travel distance, so it is especially ill-advised to use it up close against stationary or super armored targets.
