Eve continues her journey with the red-haired boy, defeating many corrupted Nasods and demons. However, she is reaching her limits and Oberon can only handle so much! The enemy's physical defenses are increasing as they adventure throughout Elrios and Eve started to realize Oberon's battle limitations. Eve decides to build a new Nasod servant, ''Ophelia'', to assist her and Oberon in battle. A whole new style of combo attacks and skills is unleashed as Code Architecture advances to Code Empress. With a throne of numerous Nasod servants, bring victory from battle as an Elegant Ruler, the '''Code: Empress'''!

그러나 이브는 페이타의 침공 소식을 듣고 더 이상 새로운 나소드 제작을 미룰 수 없다고 판단한다. 어쩔 수 없이 시작된 나소드 제작. 그리고 그 과정에서 이브는 오베론을 만들 시절부터 자신이 만들고 싶었던 나소드는 늘 같았던 것을 깨닫는다.
마침내 완성된 나소드에게 '오필리아'라는 이름을 지어준 이브는 자신의 코드가 변화했음을 느낀다. 엠프레스라 이름 붙인 코드와 함께 이브는 또 한 번 나소드의 여왕으로 성장한다.
