***Do NOT add '''active''' skills that do, such as [[Verdict]] or [[Necromancy]].

**Do NOT add any skills that apply a generic cooldown, MP or damage related effect to all skills or a subset of skills not covered by the rules above (ie "Reduces special active cooldown by x%"), unless that skill is covered under the Total Damage rules below (such as [[Knighthood]]).

*For Passive skills:.

**DO add any other passives that influence specific effects granted by the current passive, such as [[Soul Collector]] and any passives that affect the '''Gathered Souls''' it grants.
