The cooldown acceleration excludes Hyperactive/Bond skills.
The Self BuffEnhanced Absorption buff does not trigger again once you have obtained Seed of Chaos Stage 3. You will need to decrease your Absorption gauge through Wechsel or death in order to trigger this buff again.
