Similar to many games, players can obtain Experience points (Exp or XP) to become more powerful and unlock new skills. Experience points are needed to raise your character's level.
As in pretty much all games, you need Experience points (Exp or XP) to become more powerful and unlock new skills. Same goes for Elsword, so here's the list: (to be completed)

== Experience Boost Medals ==
'''EXP Boost Medals''' are items that can increase the amount of experience points gained by the user. These medals can be obtained through certain events, exchanging 3 '''Evil Souls Orbs''' with [[Ariel]], or purchase from the Item Mall. The amount of EXP gain will come in various amounts, such as 15%, 30%, or 50%. These medals will increase EXP gain from nearly all sources, including [[Hunting Fields]] and [[Arena]] but not [[S-3|Ereda Island]].
 
Please note that EXP Boost Medals will not stack with each other. If a player possesses multiple medals at once, only the medal with the highest percentage will take effect. For example, if a player possesses 30% and 15% medals, they will provide a 30% increase).
