The damage increase is considered skill tier damage increase and stacks additively with things like El Resonance or certain rings.
The special active cooldown decrease will not affect Rakshasa Stance 1 : Soul Reaping.
- It will, however, affect the other three sequence skills of Purgatory if they are on the skill bar.
