*It is highly not recommended to use this skill in PvP, because after usage of this skill, player's HP will sharply drop over time.
*In PvE, as both versions have a 10 second cooldown (ignoring any traits) and this version's effect only triggers once every 5 seconds, the actual net gain in energy for the two versions is identical: 2 Energy every 10 seconds. In comparison, this version is unable to heal any of the health decrease and consumes 2% more HP for every 2 energy than the normal version, but only needs to be recast every 25 seconds instead of every 10 seconds.
**However, when [[Unleashed Chi]]'s Secret Art effect is active, this skill will recovery 6 energy every 10 seconds instead of 4 energy from the normal version. This also allows it to build [[Awakened Will: Yama Raja|Rakshasa Spirits]] more consistently without having to repeatedly use the skill yourself.
*In PvP, while this version generates 2 energy every 10 seconds instead of just 1 like the normal version, it will also drain a total of 50% from your HP over time. As such, it is highly recommended '''not''' to use this version of the skill for the mode, as it will severely cripple you.
