Tips and Details
- Despite having a duration, the buffs don't run out as long as the requirements are met. Instead, the buff duration will be frozen.
- Therefore, it is possible to have both buffs activated at the same time for a short duration.
- Critical Increase is normalized and DP Charge Increase is multiplicative.
