The [Enhanced] effect also increases the amount of Mutation Points you can spend from 3 to 4, despite not mentioning it.

Originally, the DMP usage was optional, and you had to press the button multiple times equal to the amount of DMP you wished to spend. Now, it will always consume what's available.
Interestingly, Add says Accel and not Accelerator, implying that the earlier introduced Bloody Accel is also Accelerator, shortened to not cause confusion with earlier buff type Accelerator skills.
