Tips and Details
- The cooldown decrease is high enough to practically reset most skills' cooldowns, with the exception of certain high-cooldown Bravery skills.
- It is recommended to check up on the Queen's Flight buff duration, as it will tell you when a next cooldown decrease can possibly happen so that you use it on the correct skill(s).
