Tips and Details

• The  ShrugShrug buff does not activate if no target was hit, and will always overwrite itself regardless of the amount of enemies hit.
• Prior to the 04/25/2024 KR patch, the  OwieOwie debuff was purely for flavor and had no actual effects.
  • Certain other skills or items that rely on debuffs did consider it for their effect however, like the Complete Energy Conversion Device accessory.
• The skill's hitbox matches the visual sound wave effect fairly accurately, meaning it hits a bit further to the sides near the bottom where the smaller waves are, and up to 3 platforms above you with the larger waves.
