Tips and Details
- With Miracle Vision being an essential buff and not being affected by this passive, any other ECP Using Skill used afterwards will trigger this effect only once and activate Over Strike, making all ECP Using Skills unusable for its duration. This only make the passive useful when you are outside of Over Strike mode.
