-Skill notes are various "notes" that can be used to permanently enhance the ability of a particular skill. In order to use skill note, you will need to have completed the Skill Book quest from Ariel, or buy the cash Skill Book from the cash shop. There are 2 types of Skill Notes: Special Skill Notes and Active Skill Notes. There are also Cash Notes of each respective type which cost money to purchase.
