*Ah, this was from before the update that allowed it to stack from skills. It only triggered from commands, with no reactivation cooldown, and things like ZZ[Z] stacked it twice because it dealt 2 hits, just like >>^XX[X] (which was the only command that hit more than once but only stacked once).
