So I recently got an Elite Lightning Chain and remembered there were no determined values here in the ElWiki.
Well, assuming I didn't miss any crucial info, here they are, so now someone with a better understanding on math than me can do the calculations.
This test was done with 0 Maxi/Crit/Add Dmg and the crits are from Critical Counter.
