While this wiki is pretty alright for as a gameplay wiki, it's missing a lot of lore tidbits that I'd like to add. Stuff like descriptions of the areas (for example, there's no mention Victoria in the Magmelia page, and there's no mention of Aurora Camp being the base for Nous, etc etc)

There's also stuff like making a page about the Landars and the other various clans, the sacred beasts, heart cores (like their lore use and such), a page about the elemental el shards before they all got absorbed etc etc

I'm not entirely sure how to make substantial edits without messing things up so if someone would like to help me with this that'd be appreciated!

I've seen @Gameboy224 working on a few lore pages, why not send them a message and see if they have any advice/guiding points? While there isn't a collective Landar clan page, I believe each of the members have their own page (eg: Kuenbaran, Yuria). I do like the idea of having a Landar page though, listing its history and notable members. You can probably use one of the organization pages like the Red Knights as a starting point.

As for Victoria, she technically doesn't appear in Magmelia (the town) which is why she's not listed on that page. She is listed as a Tirnog NPC and the boss in Concert Mania though.

Thanks, I've chatted with a few people in the Els Official Discord and they gave me some good advice.

As for Magmelia, I feel like there should be either a lore section or a separate lore page that explains stuff like how it was founded, Victora's role in it, how Vasili manages the finances and how they seem to be in financial trouble, etc. Hamel could include stuff about the demon invasion and its political troubles, and so on. (like for example, "Magmelia (lore) main article" link if it gets too crowded)

If it's like small stuff, then usually that can be added to the Trivia sections of pages.

But It does make sense to have a more dedicated section in regard to lore for regions. I have modified the Town template to include an area to add dedicated lore. Check Ruben for how to do it. Is a simple |Lore=(then type as you please). Will work for any region/town page.

If you want to work on stuff like organizations, here is the list template, editing this one should be pretty self explanatory if you want to add more organizations to the list.

Template:Organizations

And you can probably just copy and paste another organization page to start off. If there is any clean up feel free contact any of the Elwiki team if you need some cleanup or fix a template not working or anything. Gameboy224 (talk) 03:17, 8 September 2023 (CEST)

Thanks a ton! Can you also add an affiliations row in the character info table? Something like Aisha Affiliations | Landar Clan, El Search Party (unofficial) with links to those pages. Turns out I can't add them myself, so if you make a empty row I can work on filling them out.

Added.

|groups=<div>
2	* [[Landar]] family
3	* [[Red Knights]]
4	</div>

Kind of related, would it be possible to put these groups/organizations/etc. into a "groups" category or something like that? I also think that the individual groups should have their own categories, just to kinda keep things tidy.

Gameboy224 (talkcontribs)

To be honest, the ones I threw onto the list are already running on vague definitions and I do not want to start listing every single race and village as their own faction. So I really don't want to get too particular with this. Gameboy224 (talk) 20:09, 17 September 2023 (CEST)

Sorry, I just meant for groups like the El Search Party, the Henir's Order, and the Landars. Though now that you mention it, I have seen other wikis create categories for races, genders, etc., though I don't think those are entirely necessary.
