This older process can still be used if the player wishes to. This enhancement process requires a single Weapon or Armor Enhancement Stone per attempt to enhance an equipment. The enhancement stone needed is dependent on the level requirement of the equipment being enhanced. Fluorite Ores can also be used to improve the enhancement but this is completely optional.
