*Similar to what you did with [[Elwiki:Editing Rules/ja]], create a new template with the "/ja" ending and add your translations to that new page. For the templates on the Main Page, like [[Template:How you can help!]], it's your choice on whether or not you want to translate and add them to the Main Page. Users working on translated pages are free to create their own designs for the Main Page/templates or they can just copy the style of the original English page.
