The Aurora team continued the expedition to strengthen the seal on the ruins or remove the cause of the demonic energy completely. They have learned from the expedition that the ruins was built to seal an ancient beast. While the beast was not exactly at the level of a Demon God, but it's likely that it was just a powerful as one. The condensed demonic energy filling the inside of the ruins was of that ancient beast.<br>The seal was almost broken and the sealing stone was damaged, which meant that restoring the seal would be too difficult. Of course, creating a new seal was also considered, but there isn't anyone remaining who has extensive knowledge on ancient magic. | |||
