kenny is the 1 that implemented them. we use this new tabs because the loads both tabs at the start. the old pages will show both tabs and then become 1 tabbing section.
i havent change all because need to make the templates for skills also and it take alot of time. and if im the only 1 doing of cos it will be slow.
