- As of 22 December 2011 patch, effectiveness has been reduced to 3% and only added on skill Lv. 5. Lv. 1-4 will not receive this effectiveness beside additional duration
- Effectiveness increase : Increase the boost of the accelerator by 3%
Example, when you have this passive, you used magic accelerator, the 20% bonus will become 20.6%.
- Take note that it DOES NOT add 10% to the buff (Eg. 20% + 3%) , instead it's [20% + (20 x 3%)].
