Well, the plus side they removed two partly annoying useless stats, changing them to something potentially awesome(?) ones.
Enlarged would be a larger hitbox on your character but improved crit rate ?
Endgame, what is your view on this ?
It’s about fucking time they got rid of Accuracy and Evasion.
But Enlarged, “Specialization A” and “Specialization B” worry me.
Enlarged….. hit box increases? Yeah, because Chung, Ara, and she who must not be named weren’t already hard enough to approach. And if this applies to projectiles like runes, fireballs, arrows, and raining swords….. lol. (If it applies to skills as well like Add’s auto-aim skills, then yeah, he really will be as broken as everyone makes him out to be.)
As for Specialization, If it’s something different for every character/class like WoW’s Mastery stat, then this could be another chance for KOG to show their blatant favoritism.
…..Cooldown Reduction for DW would be nice. It’s not going to happen, but it would be nice.
DW doesn’t even need a cooldown decrease. Seriously, if you’re constantly at 300mp, GET MORE SKILLS!
actually, i agree with both you and endgame. DW would benefit from a cooldown decrease (mysterious el lord chronicle GREATLY helps my DW spam more than she already can). it’d also let her reuse makeup sooner (which is her best mp gain move period).
but yeah, if your DW is constantly sitting at max mp longer than 5-7 seconds and there’s mobs around , YOU’RE DOING SOMETHING WRONG! TAKE IT FROM ME who, oh… idk, MAINED DW FOR NEARLY 3 FUCKING YEARS

they’re doing mp gain increase, not bad. specialisation seems like it’s skill damage or effect related while enlarge may be a hitbox increase…
BUT THANK FUCKING GOD THAT ACCURACY AND EVASION ARE GOING AWAY!!! having attacks miss at a chance is bullshit and i shouldn’t have to waste 2-4 sockets for that crap!!
also, what the hell is a twisted sage stone? is it like divine stones that increase the good socket chance or like high grade where it targets only 1 stat?
Actually, the Specialization stats are the two unique options for each character. They’re going to be different depending on who you’re playing as.

they removed the most cancerous mechanic in the game and replaced it with something worse. All this free resource bullshit needs to stop, especially mp gain when getting hit being so high, stop rewarding bad play.

That specialization sounds more like a buff for Elesis and her trio of friends knowing KoG and I don’t like the sound of that…. Also thank god Evasion is gone now I can take off the like, one accuracy socket I have.
Well knowing Elesis, her specializations are going to be similar if not the same as Elboy’s (and I doubt they’ll be the same).
My guess is that each character’s specialization is going to improve on what they’re designed around. So for example Elboy’s could affect Way of the Sword, while Rena’s could affect her arrows and kicks. I’m actually not entirely sure what they’re going to do, but that’s the best guess I got.

I wonder how the Ice Burner set effects will change without Accuracy/Evasion.
Maybe Ice burner sets get their own special effects. Like for instance, full NBS set gives 10% chance to drag enemies to you or make them float in mid air for x secs. Or Velder Knight set gives 10% chance to activate a continuous heal that heals up to x% when you get hit under x% hp.
That’s…. actually interesting. Now I’m curious as well.

i for one who plays WS kind of like now not having to be dependent on accuracy/evasion now, but my biggest concern is if it stacks with magic necklace that dont get removed from the game (check earlier babel posts for that) if it does then you could easily be looking at 50~60% un-normalized mana gain, i can also see enlarged being not a bigger hit box for you, but only your attacks (giant hand potion instead of giant potion), and as an Asura main who will actually point out shit that needs to be fixed on Ara (yeh ill admit shes OP) this makes her a nightmare, even for luciel. how you you approach someone who has more range than you w/o any “enlargement” throw in some ED medicine like sage stones of viagra and you can never get close at all now. this worries me. also for add and ara who have essentially 2 mana bars, how would you suggest a means of character specific specializations that wont break them further, and as endgame said, if they make adds auto target have even larger range to almost pre-nerfed status again, what then? also for all those notes that were already added that give evasion (dodge and slash, photon plash, etc.) what about them? and i assume ara and rena keep her I frame skills making it once again harder to approach Ara (rena… idk they nurfed her arrow range so maybe it would just be easier) and without having to invest in accuracy all people can instead go full damage now. to top it all off, with the bonus of mana gain from armor sets like MK-4 what now?
so now luciel will gain like 10 mp for hit and other buff to the sooo LOW dmg in his free 0mp skill
