We got to know a bit more informations about this novel from this new chapter.
The jobs for all character beside Chung: Elsword is Sword Knight, Rena is Grand Archer, Raven is Blade Master(since Eun call him Master of Blades), Eve is Code Exotic, Ara is Little Hsien, Elesis is Dark Knight then turned to Crimson Avenger(What The Heck???), Add is Time Tracer and Finally what we have been waiting for is Aisha that’s a Void Princess. Though seeing some chars perform skills outside of their jobs are quite something.
Also, Probably the reason why Raven isn’t here is because Raven is actually fighting in Altera right now due to Nasods appearance.
Add is quite Awesome in this chapter too. Purposely being a Bad Guy, Preps talk Elsword to Step up and fight Elesis.
And props to Elsword too for managed to defeat Elesis in this chapter.
The best chapter so far for me in this novel.

I guess you could call this a meaningful deus ex machina, at least if you’re an Elsword universe fan.
Anyone else would call this an asspull.
And it kind of is one.

I don’t have much to say about this chapter. We have Add going against his own feelings on the matter for the sake of the group, he’s finally growing up as a character. This novel, even if it might not be canon, really helps with making his character more human. Elsword always had lore issues…

yea since the game timeling elsword was supose to be lord knight by this time that dude is at a huge disadvantage now fighting a CA now dube better learn Armageddon Blade fast hopfully VP can draw out the dark EL essence from her i kinda get the feeling we might end up meeting the ”Shadow Elesis” and i guess they use VP as a way like her name to move through the void not to mention having the power of darkness also
    Crimson darkness VS Void darkness

  • Dimir says:

AIsha finally showed up and she is a VP *-* While I would have been fine with DW either, I definitely am happy with her being a VP.

Good work on your part, 2na :)

It seems like Void Princess is siding with Elesis here, not the search party. She makes it clear she already knows Elesis, referring to her as “Big Sister”, so I think she’s working with the demons as well.

This makes me worried about Chung. We have BM off somewhere doing his own thing, plus 5 El search party members on the side of good. That’s 6 on the side of good, and 2 fighting for the demons so far.

If Chung, Lu and Ciel side with the demons in this, that makes 6 good and 5 evil. If someone like Elesis can be so easily corrupted who so strongly sides against the demons in Velder in the main timeline, and Chung’s father in the main timeline as well, then I worry about Chung himself possibly being a sort of Dark Deadly Chaser.

    • Dimir says:

Why would she want to intervene if Elesis is winning, though? Plus, she introduced herself to the party quite politely.

Aisha seems to be familiar with Elesis but I don’t think Elesis is working for the demons. Maybe Aisha noticed that Elesis has gone berserk and tries to prevent her from making any more casualties by soding with the party?

Can’t wait for the next chapter to clarify things a bit?

      • awsed says:

as simple as: she doesn’t want elesis to take all the fun? the way she appeared is just so mischievous and the fact she is void princess just blatantly proves that she is up to no good

        • Dimir says:

Hmm…you may have a point there. Elesis probably was brainwashed into joining the demons (Dark El) but it doesn’t explain Aisha’s politeness. But this might just be a part of her personality…now I’m more curious for the next chapter than before. After all, VP is my favorite Aisha.

          • Anon says:

I’m not sure that there was any brainwashing involved. It’s possible, but it’s clear that when Add time travels, things that happened well before the time he traveled to can be drastically changed, such as the date of Elboy’s birth. It’s possible that Elesis’s personality changed as well, so that she doesn’t hate the demons as much in this timeline. It’s also implied that she betrayed and slaughtered the Red Knights in this timeline, although it’s not made clear whether this is because of the demons corrupting her or if this was what got their attention to begin with.

It seems to have been made pretty clear that the reason Elesis slaughtered the demons in Feita was because D was displeased with something they did, and so D sent Elesis to deal with them. Expendable units seem to have been sent to Velder as well, I would bargain that the only reason the Demon Army accompanied Elesis was so she could use them to heal. Otherwise, Elesis alone is strong enough to destroy Velder.

We don’t really know what Aisha’s backstory in this timeline is yet, but considering her introduction it’s possible she never lost her powers due to that ring like in the main timeline. We also don’t know for how long she has known Elesis, and whether they joined the demons together or one persuaded the other.

What is especially scary however is the position Add is in. It’s possible that Elboy might just give up and join the demons to be with Elesis, which would trigger Eve to do a similar thing. Of course, that means Add as well would be joining up with them. Considering we already know his 2nd job that he hasn’t reached yet on this path is Diabolic Esper, this doesn’t seem entirely unlikely. Eve is on the Code: Nemesis path as well. These are the two paths that seem most likely to join with the demons, considering the current trend.

If this were to happen, then that would mean on the side of the demons would be Lord Knight, Void Princess, Code: Nemesis, Crimson Avenger, and Diabolic Esper.
All that would be left in the Search Party is Grand Archer and Sakra Devanam, assuming Blade Master continued going his own way.

We still don’t know who Chung will ally with. I think it’s most likely that if he does join the demons though, he will do so on the Deadly Chaser path, since this is the path I have the easiest time believing would do such a thing and who could have a sadistic personality if corrupted enough. If he joins the Search Party though, I feel like Iron Paladin and Tactical Trooper are both the more heroic paths.
An interesting plot twist would be if Chung were corrupted by the Demons, and his father was still the guardian of Hamel in this timeline.

My prediction is that Elboy is not going to join the demons however. The search party is in a bad situation currently. Elesis is even stronger, Aisha has joined up with her, and the search party are all wounded and tired. The only thing I can think of happening is during the fight things go badly, and Add is forced to time travel whether he likes it or not. Elboy would have to defeat Elesis again, and then Add’s knowledge of what comes next could brace the search party so that they aren’t caught so off guard. He could even use the chance to stop Eve from hating him.

Alternatively, Either Elesis or Aisha could be convinced to join up with the Search party and betray the demons. We haven’t seen Aisha’s power demonstrated yet, but she seems to have time and space bending properties to her magic. If she was in the search party, Add could probably use her to help him refine his dynamos so that he can become stronger.

chung may very well be fighting in hamel right now while raven is after some demons (where he catches up with lu and ciel)… but aisha is definitively sided with the demons, after all, void princess powers come fron angkor, a demon

    • Anon says:

Considering Eun mentions Raven is fighting his own battle, he is probably either fighting the Nasod in Altera or fighting the demons in Hamel.

As for Chung, we don’t know whether he sides with or against the demons yet. It’s possible however that if Raven is in Hamel then the two of them might have already joined forces. Or Raven is fighting against Chung.

Lu and Ciel are likewise mysterious as to who they side with. They might even be a neutral party in this timeline.

  • bypasser says:

wow nice one for raven, maybe he’s the blood colonel now and chasing valak hohoho

  • Malle says:

I’m sorry but if I was Add I would’ve used Eun to take me back about a year and a half when Elesis disappeared and killed that bitch.

  • Malle says:

Aisha, you bitch, where have you been? We needed you 2 timelines ago. Also, why is she the only one who has aquired her second class form?

  • Person says:

What I wanna know is why the hell LK shows up in everything. Novels, anime, cutscene. Like damn, give your brothers some spotlight
