-150 people picked to attend (has to be in a guild, players in active guilds have higher chance to be picked)

How can you be so sure?
New characters past Raven only release in December. Elesis was the one exception. (Plus Elesis and Add were released to be Rule 63 versions of already existing characters and heavily ripped them off only to go in different directions years later. So of course they were easy to shit out in the same year.)
