Magical skill note that allows you to record any skill note possible.

– Leftover ‘Note pieces’ can be exchanged for William’s small apple crates from Ariel,

1. Blazing Heart’s  ‘Undying Flame’: was doing damage 1 level higher than it should. Fixed damage to fit level.
2.Crimson Avenger’s ‘Injection Stigma’: Had a bug where if you used it 17~18 times without letting the skill duration run out, it will stop doing damage. Fixed.
3. Diabolic Esper’s ‘Nasod Armor Mode-Overlimit’: Special Active cooldown 1.5x increase effect was not working. Fixed.
4. Mastermind’s ‘Nasod Armor Mode-Transform’: When gaining Mutation Points from 5 to 6, MP wasn’t being obtained. Fixed so it works properly.
5. Luciel when wearing MK-4 full set: MP increase effect wasn’t working properly.

6. Fixed character skill hitboxes and errors

      They changed it so now the Mana slowly recovers overtime in the span of 5 seconds unlike how you got the mana immediately before. Because of that, I guess it recovers 25% more mana/MP.

      I believe the old necklace gave a flat +1 MP to all attacks, which led to tons of MP refunded from multihit field clearing skills like Plasma Cutter. While the new one is a 30% boost, meaning small MP gains don’t give much mana due to 30% of 1 being insignificant.

      Old Magic Necklace was where you got 1 MP per hit and while being hit, ontop of the normal mana gain you had.
      If we were to put it into an example, say a VP used Plasma Cutter and had a hit count of 30. Let’s also assume that it’s MP per hit gain was 2
      With that Old Magic Necklace, you are guaranteed at least 99 of that back. So, we’d end up with something like
      Total MP gained= 30+ 2(30) or 90 MP back

      The current Magic Necklace is only 30% of the MP per hit gain.
      Meaning it’d be around….78.

      The difference becomes apparent when you have a bigger number of hits, which Ereda is full of.
      So…yeah.

    Wedding skill is now nearly useless because of the CD increase. They need to restrict certain skills from being used in PvP AT ALL for certain classes.

    That’s been a balancing method for other games and it does put a damper on things. Classes that are too reliant on certain skills just need nerfs on those specific skills in the first place (Flying Kites nerf was perfect).

    Still waiting for Magic Necklace to be unusable in Arena + compensation. It’s great to have in PvE so I do still want it for multi-hitters. Some classes got their MP gains of certain skills outright gutted because the old Magic Necklace exists, hope they tone those up instead of down. If they make RoF unusable in 1v1 I’ll be extremely happy, though they don’t seem to have the programming knowledge to separate PvE from PvP.

      It’s pretty much impossible to restrict specific skills with the current skill tree.
      If only we still have the previous skill tree…

          Do you really think that would change anything at all? Why don’t they just remove the skills notes all together and let Aisha rule over all the other classes with running and spamming fireballs. The games aren’t suppose to be balanced because the player base makes it that way when they test out the next new class and then never go back to their old class they was playing. Things happen and it’s with every mmorpg they make a new class ppl say it’s op but they should know that the developers already have the patch to nerf them they just torture you and make you complain for the patch even though they just would nerf the class anyways. They do it on purpose.

    Brandish Breaker was op with gale ( with +8-+10) now its annih and has crit damage increase…. gg KoG’ CrA will be able to one shot in pvp now.

      Are you implying Elesis didn’t already have an easy time with single combo kills in PVP?

      +10 and a RoF is all she ever needed. Even BH with a Triple Fire weapon should do enough to completely screw someone over to where the burn will kill them should they mana break.

    …I am not sure how much of this post is serious, 2na. feels like you’re pulling a prank on your readers…

    either that or kog` is jerking everyone around yet again. which would be much less suprising. if those are the actual skillnotes, expect nerfs in a week or two.

    one must be curious as to how this all will play out when they rework the skill tree yet again. thinking about it, “skill gain/enhance” sounds kinda like what blade&soul does… except skillnotes in elsword fill the role of skillpoints in BnS, and kog` would NEVER remove that rng/paywall from the game, much less allow you to freely rearrange your allocation outside combat like BnS, which is pretty much the key to the whole thing even working worth a damn.

    if what kog` has in mind is to copy BnS’ model, they will absolutely screw it up and make the game nigh-unplayable, given their hunger for random paywalls. especially for non-KR servers.

    That Ruinous Impact skill is too op. A CrA’s hp about 75% to 0% just makes me say what is balance anymore? Does kog know it can be a fatal skill. Tbh imo it makes me feel like that kog wants to make a skill better than hypers without the long cd and the mp. ( no offense Kog. Ty for the great game that you made if you ever read this comment that i made)
