Read in NA forum. When someone just mention something wrong with the game, most veterans would get salty and rude with them. I let my friend saw it and they laughed so hard how NA are always protective toward KoG.
On the other hard, in KR official website, I can see KR being salty to bad events/updates just by google translation. No one tell you to stfu like NA veterans do in NA forum

Ok i’m going to put this bed, the Magic Wardrobe system is ‘temporarily’ banned from EU and NA servers as they believe that the system itself can be abused to ‘cheat’ (i know, but this can be found in GM patch blog which they have a link to the EU server announcement of the Magic Wardrobe ban).
It’s temporary til KR or some stupid coder can fix the system to avoid cheating from happening, one way is to the limit the application, but i’m not at all sure how that works. I just know that they have said this about the Magic Wardrobe system, NA is open to add it, just once the system is fixed to avoid people from ‘cheating’.
I’m neither for or against it, if we get it, we get it, we don’t, then no matter, i’ll still play my characters.
If you check the elwiki it specifically said “Never” to magic wardrobe. NA GM’s don’t care and they will say and do anything to keep the publicity off their backs. Which is why I’m guaranteeing that this “temporary” ban will last until the game closes. Stop believing bullshit because someone says it with a straight look on their face, dumbasses.

The the PVE/PVP tooltip seperation we just got. They flat out told us “lolnope” on three seperate occasions in direct response to being asked to it by players. Sure, they caved in and implemented them. Eventually. But still.
Or here’s a better example: KOG NA held a forum poll towards the beginning outright asking us what should be done with the Stamina system. Over 60% voted for complete removal.
The only thing they removed was the forum topic containing the poll. Stamina is still around, even though every other NA server for a kMMO gets rid of their similar systems…..
Don’t blame the players’ desire to see things that are industry standards in Elsword for why Elsword is dying. (Ain brought hype back to the game, sure. But it only bought the game more time to find a longterm solution.) Blame KOG’s inability to listen to the players for why Elsword is dying.
Don’t bring Nexon into this. They are a business and they’re in it to make money. (And lost a lot of it on huge flops this past year. $32 million on Sudden Attack 2’s failure alone.) If KOG can’t make them money, they get cut off. Simple as that.
And the beautiful thing about the F2P model, is that it only takes a few rich people willing to blow absorbant amounts of money on a game to keep it afloat~. (Why do you think Nexon NA keeps Mabinogi up, let alone continues to update it?)

and it may not be just NA that gets ignored on that aspect.
just wake up and realize, we’re not KR, so we don’t get as much nice shit as they do. that’s not pessimistic, that’s REALISTIC. we did get some stuff that KR doesn’t (like Mysterious El Lord items), but at the same time, we also got a staff that either “smiles and waves” like the GMs, or practically doesn’t know what their doing or won’t do shit right like CS…..
should also be noted that i’m a veteran too. I never tried to white knight KOG cause I know very well what they’re capable of.
they’ll either put effort into something they think is worthwhile, or just not give a fuck… simple as that. only reason I even stick around to play this game anymore is cause of the time, money and effort I fed into my DW and a few other characters like my asura… due to the damn FPS issue, I can’t even PLAY the fucking game without it crashing on me, so I’ve been putting my time and effort into other games like Sengoku Providence and Final Fantasy Brave Exvius.

Fact stands that Magic Wardrobe isn’t a priority and it had a heavy initial backlash in KR (you could say that the backlash is also why it isn’t a priority). Translating that system from Korea essentially means changing it so it won’t cuck us completely. As it stands for NA, it’d be gutting IB supply for no other reason than “looking good” and result in price increases to an already expensive market. It took forever for us to go down from 50m per $1 to now 30m.
I don’t see how it’s white knighting for me to be real on why we’re not getting the system, but ok lol. KOG isn’t going to actively work on an anti-free-player system and putting it in a server that still considers prices for IBs in the billions (ED) unless some new programmer decides to be an idiot and do it. Still many problems on the main server they’ve got to handle.
Just bring wardrobe pls IB prices in NA are currently BS either way with or without wardrobe bring it over so I can look pretty
