You can enter Halloween dungeon(in Elder) with the invitations. This dungeon gives many items shown in picture above including Twisted Sage stones which give only the newly updated stats.

-If you meet special Halloween puppet master, there’s better dungeon rewards.

Defeat Jiangshi phorus in dungeons. Get tickets and candies. Candies can be exchanged for Halloween accessories.
