Cash shop cut-ins get animations(?).
There’s also a feature to set your cut-in based on 100MP. 200MP, 300MP, Hyper Active skills.

The redesigned skill cut ins have this before? If not, i can only think one thing: They were not selling so they need to make them look more awesome to get better sales. I like the most of the new skill cut-ins but i was not willing to pay for a new skill sprite for my character, now they almost make me fall lol
can someone expalain the new skill cut ins feature ( 100/200/300/hyperactive) further plz ??
maybe you can set which skill cuts will appears when casting either 100/200/300mp/HA skill? because now we have more than one skill cut for a class…
